Key Responsibilities:
In your role as a Contract Management Specialist, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager, playing a crucial part in the formulation, proposal, and implementation of service initiatives. Your focus will be on ensuring that CMC's service operations align with contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and customer satisfaction.
Your daily tasks will encompass:
- Overseeing contract administration for all clientele.
- Guaranteeing adherence to CMC's established policies and procedures related to proposal generation, client interaction, internal accounting, and financial documentation.
- Crafting service proposals, which include drafting terms, compliance matrices, and securing necessary approvals.
- Assisting in negotiations with clients and suppliers regarding contracts.
- Engaging in the procurement process for outsourced services, including preparing requests for proposals, service agreements, and purchase orders.
- Conducting market analysis to understand trends, competitive landscape, regulatory matters, and product performance based on customer insights.
- Developing and maintaining service catalogs and pricing strategies.
- Monitoring and planning for bookings, sales, and gross margins.
- Establishing and managing service level agreements with CMC's service partners, including suppliers and maintenance organizations.
- Overseeing internal reporting mechanisms and workflows.
- Implementing necessary process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Executing additional related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comprehensive understanding of MRP systems and relevant business processes.
- Dependable and self-sufficient, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to take initiative while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Analytical problem-solving skills to navigate complexities and drive outcomes.
- Experience in supporting teams, applying a practical approach to fulfill client needs and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in sales, contract management, or service administration within the aviation services industry or a similarly complex field.
