Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our store staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Hiring and Training: Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque and manage store finances to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Teamwork: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail store environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
