Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement competitive gymnastics programs for athletes of all levels
- Plan and lead training sessions to improve athlete performance and technique
- Collaborate with coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Analyze and evaluate athlete performance to identify areas for improvement
- Recruit and select talented athletes to participate in competitive programs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in competitive gymnastics coaching
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current CPR certification
This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
Hours of Work30-35 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
