Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos and Tacos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Work Environment

40 hours per week, Permanent position, English language
