Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, oversee, and enhance campaigns across various platforms, including perpetual retargeting sequences and offline event tracking.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to create engaging creatives for campaigns.
  • Utilize UTMs and analytical tools to monitor campaign performance beyond standard attribution periods and convey insights effectively to the team.
  • Adhere to target ROAS and CPA benchmarks while managing allocated budgets.
  • Continuously refine campaign performance based on data analysis.
  • Support digital strategists in formulating new funnel and campaign strategies.
  • Identify opportunities and apply conversion rate optimization techniques (e.g., A/B testing, split-testing) to enhance ROI.
  • Stay informed about trends in paid media channels to benefit both 1Web Corp and its clients.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance to the broader team on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Develop and manage processes for paid media buying within the organization.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development provided by the company to keep skills aligned with the latest industry practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media buying.
  • Strong background in advertising and marketing, with extensive digital marketing expertise.
  • Certification in Facebook Ads and Google Ads is essential.
  • Proficient understanding of UTMs and performance tracking methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring others.
  • Strategic thinking ability related to funnels and campaigns.
  • Openness to experimenting with new strategies.
  • Team-oriented, with the capability to manage personnel and agency partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail in processes such as naming conventions.
  • Solid marketing foundation with a comprehensive understanding of all funnel components beyond just advertisements.
