We are seeking an experienced Comptable Intermediaire to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing month-end journal entries, preparing budgets, and assisting in the closing and invoicing of budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting procedures, general knowledge in Microsoft Software, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. They will also be able to work in an autonomous way while prioritizing tasks, work under pressure, and take efficient decisions with minimum supervision.

• Review month-end journal entries and prepare accurate financial reports
• Prepare budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability
• Assist in the closing and invoicing of budgets, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Perform month-end and year-end closing functions, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare a month-end WIP analysis of all ongoing projects to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate with the sales/medical department to provide financial support and guidance
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain and improve the quality of existing processes and financial reports
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

• General knowledge in accounting procedures
• General knowledge in Microsoft Software
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position and DEC in accounting
• Ability to work in an autonomous way while prioritizing tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and take efficient decisions with minimum supervision
• Ability to meet required deadlines
