About the Role

Carewest Innovative Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist I to join our team in Glenmore Park. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide ambulatory client care through focused assessment, treatment, and discharge planning in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to maximize client safety and functional independence
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care and services
Requirements
  • Graduation from a recognized Masters or Degree program in Physical Therapy
  • Registration with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta
  • Experience using physiotherapy in a clinical and/or continuing care setting (an asset)
