About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Soucy. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for modeling, collecting, and processing our company's data to bring it to life and enable informed decision-making.

Your primary objective will be to design and implement tools that facilitate data interpretation across various operational activities, ensuring that our teams have the insights they need to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data models to collect and process company data
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements
  • Analyze and document various Business Intelligence projects to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Identify and propose innovative solutions to analytical challenges and opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of strategies for feeding the analytical layer and creating metrics and KPIs
  • Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Ensure data security and access controls are in place to protect our company's data assets
  • Participate in ongoing knowledge sharing and collaboration with the development team to optimize system queries and performance
  • Contribute to the elaboration of our company's vision and strategy for data and business intelligence
