We are seeking a General Labour to join our team at the Island Farms plant in Victoria. As a General Labour, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist machine operators in day-to-day activities
  • Work in a production environment

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Able to follow standard operational procedures and work in a safe manner
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pull up to 250 lbs
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Work Environment:

This is a 24/7 operation, and candidates must have flexibility in their availability and be able to work days, afternoons, and night shifts.
