Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the entire Regina Value Parts and PDI Warehouse
  • Collaborate with Branch, Shop, and Yard Managers to optimize Parts Warehouse processes for internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Assist the Parts Manager in managing parts inventory within the parts system
  • Optimize PDI Parts Department processes to ensure timely and cost-effective parts availability
  • Maintain warehouse standards consistent with Lean 5S principles
  • Analyze departmental operations and storage layout for maximum effectiveness
  • Report on key metrics, such as production efficiency, profitability, and on-time delivery
  • Coordinate efficient paperwork flow
  • Work with parts, sales, and service teams to coordinate parts, inventory, and service delivery
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are safe and available for employee use
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience
  • Experience operating forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ability to perform work-related duties in adverse conditions
  • Good communication skills and attendance
  • Physical fitness to manually handle goods, steel, and products
