Role Overview: We are seeking an Operations Manager who will oversee all facets of administrative and clerical functions for our residents and service teams. This position is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, service team members, and community partners, both in person and via telephone.
  • Support the community in all operational aspects.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, billing, payments, resident transitions, and other financial controls.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation related to regulatory standards.
  • Assist Service Team members and leaders with scheduling, performance evaluations, payroll, and understanding collective agreements.

Requirements:

  • Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in Seniors Housing or Hospitality is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Certification or Diploma in Administration.
  • A valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
