Accounting Clerk Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at ASIA PACIFIC IMMIGRATION CONSULTING LTD. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare payroll cheques, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and prepare trial balance to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
