About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Assistant to join our team at TRI-NOVA MECHANICAL LTD. As a key member of our mechanical team, you will play a vital role in supporting our tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tool and Equipment Management: Move tools, equipment, and other materials as required to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Support and Assistance: Provide support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Labouring and Elemental Activities: Perform other labouring and elemental activities as required to support the team.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Physical Demands: The role requires a physically demanding work environment, involving a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Handling Heavy Loads: You will be required to handle heavy loads as part of your duties.
  • Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language used in the workplace.
