Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Wild Wing Brantford is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that the restaurant is operating within budget and making a profit.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and up-to-date information to management.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
