About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Razor & Lacquer. As a key member of our barbershop, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and grooming services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Book appointments and manage client schedules
  • Cut and trim hair according to client preferences, using a variety of techniques and tools
  • Shampoo and condition hair, as well as provide scalp massages
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches, using precision and care
  • Offer additional hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including ordering supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
