Job Summary:

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the overall success of our grocery department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer requests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Unload grocery shipments, receive, organize, and display merchandise
  • Be alert for unauthorized merchandise removal and maintain a secure store environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with some heavy lifting required
  • Applicants must be over 14 years old
