POSITION OVERVIEW

· Accountable for the sale or lease of new or pre-owned vehicles, focusing on profitability, volume, and customer satisfaction.

· Tasked with managing customer databases, including follow-ups with owners, tracking unsold customers, and confirming delivery schedules.

· Maintains records for all sold and unsold clients.

· Responsible for the delivery of vehicles, ensuring thorough inspection prior to handover.

· Stay informed about current product offerings, including both in-house brands and competitors.

· Comprehend aftermarket offerings such as warranties, chemical treatments, financing options, and accessories.

· Participate actively in meetings and training sessions.

· Potential for career advancement within the brand and dealership group based on individual performance.

· Salary negotiable based on prior experience and qualifications.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience is essential.

· Proven sales experience in the luxury vehicle market is advantageous.

· Strong networking abilities with a talent for self-promotion and attracting new clientele.

· Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships based on integrity and professionalism.

· Outstanding customer service capabilities. Ability to negotiate, clarify, and assist clients in selecting vehicles that suit their requirements.

· Proficient in computer usage, with the capacity to navigate various software applications and adapt to new systems quickly.

· Familiarity with CDK and One-Eighty software is a plus.

· Experience in internet sales is beneficial.
