We are seeking a seasoned Business Unit Leader to lead our Roads & Highways team in Ontario. As a key member of our Mobility Global Business Area (GBA), you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies, and leading a diverse team of senior specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the country business plan for the unit, ensuring alignment with the line of business objectives.
  • Lead the identification and targeting of clients through the delivery of service excellence, driving organic revenue growth and winning new work.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring client satisfaction to improve retention and deliver organic revenue growth.
  • Coach and mentor practice group managers, service managers, project managers, and technical managers within the Business Unit to ensure all projects are set up for success and appropriate governance is adhered to.
  • Lead decisions on resource utilisation within the business unit, maintaining the integrity of the unit composition and pyramid management structure to enable resource optimisation.
  • Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date understanding of the business unit's clients and the market to identify key trends and emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • 15 years of experience leading and growing a significant business function within a professional services firm.
  • Proven leadership capability, inspiring multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose.
