Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Donice R Horton — CSIL. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including cleaning changing rooms and showers.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Private residence.
  • Transportation/Travel: Willing to travel regularly, public transportation available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, values, and ethics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
