Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at SAHIBNOOR TRUCK SALES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee hours and wages.
  • Accounting Software Management: Maintain and update accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balances and financial statements, for management review.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and overtime required.
