Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Family Physician to join our team at the Heatley Community Health Centre.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to provide primary care services to our patients. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of an inter-professional shared care team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical services to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Develop and implement chronic disease management models of service delivery.
- Provide education and support to students and residents.
- Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) licensure.
- Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) certification.
- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) membership.
- Current Opiate Agonist Treatment prescriber exemption or willingness to obtain one.
