We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Senior Data Engineering Analyst to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Digital Performance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of data in the context of digital performance measurement, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing data processing systems.
  • Translate business needs into specific data engineering requirements, ensuring optimal alignment between business objectives and analytical capabilities.
  • Establish connections between various data sources, integrating new essential data into the data ecosystem and implementing rigorous dataset preparation processes.
  • Continuously automate and optimize data integration workflows, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and developing advanced monitoring mechanisms.

You will be part of a large team of 12 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Performance. Our team is dedicated to developing analytical capabilities that enable accelerated growth in digital adoption and customer engagement.
