Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative? At All Weather Windows, we are seeking a dedicated Marketing and Communications Specialist who is passionate about making a significant impact.

In collaboration with our Vice President of Marketing, you will lead initiatives that encompass a wide range of business functions, including strategic communications, product marketing, digital outreach, and event coordination.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at both B2B and B2C audiences, enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and fostering customer engagement.

As a key contributor, you will help shape our brand strategy, crafting plans that not only elevate awareness but also support our rebranding initiatives.

Your storytelling abilities will be essential as you guide others in creating engaging content across various platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand voice resonates through all communications.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating experiences by overseeing the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and internal gatherings.

Collaboration will be at the heart of your role, as you work across departments to bring these initiatives to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies targeting both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Drive brand awareness and support through effective marketing plans.
  • Create compelling content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in messaging.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials and sales collateral.
  • Mentor and support the marketing communications team, fostering professional growth.
  • Manage the company's online presence, optimizing for visibility and engagement.
  • Enhance internal and external communication strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading marketing and communications teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing principles and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
