    • Calculate labor costs associated with kitchen operations.
    • Maintain detailed records of food expenses, usage, sales, and inventory levels.
    • Evaluate operational costs and other relevant data.
    • Showcase innovative cooking methods and equipment to kitchen personnel.
    • Guide cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.
    • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty items for events such as banquets.
    • Oversee the activities of cooks and other kitchen staff.
    • Regularly prepare and cook food, including for special guests or events.
    • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
    • Coordinate the purchase and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
    • Design menus and ensure that food quality meets established standards.
    • Prepare meals accommodating customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
    • Recruit and onboard new kitchen staff.
    • Train team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Supervision: Responsible for overseeing 3-4 kitchen staff members.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a culinary role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
