Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team at Lorven Technologies. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for collaborating with users and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining the vision for the team's product and creating a product roadmap based on this vision.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing items based on changing requirements.
- Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development, deployment, testing, and product feature creation.
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints to track the progress of the product development.
- Maintaining team metrics and continuously reviewing OKRs and KPIs.
- Prioritizing the product backlog to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and continuously keeping it up to date.
- Establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objects and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team and sharing monthly status progress with senior leadership.
- Working on change management processes for any process or infrastructure changes.
- Creating process mapping in Blue Work and reviewing the same with the Risk and Compliance team.
- Handling customer-impacting events through the incident management cycle (EPROB).
- Partnering with the Analytics team to develop end-to-end monitoring for processes owned by the team.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Java, Mainframe, and UNIX technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Card Domain.
