  • Collaborate closely with various team members (e.g., strategy, creative, media, digital, social) to produce high-quality recommendations, outputs, and results.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities, demonstrating a successful track record: leading RFP submissions, conducting pitches, and identifying potential business avenues that benefit the agency as a whole.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Client Partner marketing professionals, providing daily guidance, oversight, and coaching to uphold high standards of deliverables. Responsible for hiring and recommending structural changes to optimize team performance and client satisfaction.

  • Comfortable operating within an integrated agency environment, with the ability to identify and cross-sell unique opportunities to clients.
  • Exceptional leadership and influence skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, writing, and presentation abilities.
  • A commitment to achieving outstanding results for every client.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: a confident leader with a proven ability to mentor individuals at various levels, contribute positively to company culture, and build strong client relationships.
  • Solid business acumen: capable of forecasting and managing profitability, hygiene, and efficiency within the portfolio.

Preferred:
