Key Responsibilities- Recipe Execution: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Baking and Quality Control: Bake mixed dough and batters, ensuring that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Scheduling and Supervision: Schedule staff and supervise kitchen and food service areas to ensure efficient operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 32 hours per week
