About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at BROAD CONSULTANT LTD. as a Visual Communications Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective communications materials for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual communications materials.
  • Project Planning and Estimation
    • Estimate the time and resources required to complete graphic design and illustration projects.
  • Client Consultation and Collaboration
    • Work closely with clients to understand their communications needs and objectives.
    • Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations and visual communications materials.
  • Production and Coordination
    • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials.
    • Coordinate sub-contracting with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Design and Development
    • Develop the graphic elements and visual communications materials that meet the clients' objectives.
    • Establish guidelines for illustrators and photographers.
    • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements.
  • Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Work under pressure to meet client expectations.
    • Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in graphic design and visual communications.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
