Educational Requirements

  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
  • Process payments via cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
  • Scan items and tabulate total payments for goods or services.

  • Calculate daily or shift payments and reconcile with total sales.
  • Engage in suggestive selling to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and stock shelves.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist with reservations or take-out orders.
  • Wrap or bag merchandise efficiently.
