About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Stocker at Sunfarm Produce and Groceries. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and our products are accurately counted and recorded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing Inventory
    • Unpack and count products received by the store
    • Record incoming stock and update inventory levels
  • Stocking and Merchandising
    • Stock shelves and display areas with products
    • Ensure products are facing forward and at eye level
  • Customer Service
    • Bag, box, or parcel purchases for customers
    • Carry customer's purchases to the parking lot and pack orders in customers' vehicles
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain computerized stock inventory
    • Record and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory
  • Housekeeping
    • Keep stock clean and in order
    • Ensure the warehouse is organized and clutter-free
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language required
