Sienna Senior Living is seeking a visionary General Manager to lead our team of dedicated professionals in providing exceptional care and services to Canadian seniors.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving a culture based on core values such as positivity, accountability, and community. You will oversee operations, build strong relationships with seniors and their families, and collaborate with external stakeholders to promote the home as an integral part of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Build and lead a high-performing management team
  • Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and industry standards
  • Create and execute a strong outreach strategy to promote the home and its services
  • Foster positive community partnerships to enhance the lives of seniors

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 3-5 years of leadership experience in retirement living or hospitality. You must demonstrate a track record of effective team management, budget management, and operational excellence.
