Position Overview

The Financial Operations Clerk plays a crucial role in managing the financial transactions and records of the organization. This position involves a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Process payroll efficiently and accurately.
  • Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Perform financial calculations, including budgeting and costing.
  • Maintain filing and record systems to support clerical duties.
  • Execute general office responsibilities to facilitate daily operations.
  • Organize and oversee inventory management.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports.
Experience and Work Conditions
  • No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
  • This is a permanent position.
  • Work language is English.
  • Standard working hours are 35 hours per week.
