Job Title: Mental Health Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Coach to join our team at Rocky View Schools. As a Mental Health Coach, you will play a vital role in promoting mental health and wellbeing among students, staff, and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement universal and targeted programming to promote mental health and wellbeing among students and staff.
  • Collaborate with school administration, guidance department staff, and community partners to establish effective mentorship opportunities and promote positive relationships.
  • Provide training and support to schools and community agencies to increase awareness and skills related to optimal mental health.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships and collaborative partnerships with community agencies to promote mental health awareness and support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
  • Two or more years of experience providing programming for youth.
  • Valid Alberta Class 5 Motor Vehicle Operator's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
