Job Description

At Modern Beauty Supplies Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers on products and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory
  • Assist in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Process customer returns and exchanges
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
