About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at HS DHANOA CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a Construction Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced personnel.
  • Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, following established safety protocols.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, under the supervision of experienced operators.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential for communication with the team.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
