About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Green & Gold Cleaning. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to a high shine, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our clients.
  • Dusting and Vacuuming: Dust all furniture and fixtures, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and dust-free environment.
  • Sanitation and Disinfection: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, ensuring a hygienic environment for our clients.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to a high standard, ensuring a sparkling clean environment.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, kneeling, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Personal Qualities and Experience
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, dependability, organized, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required. We offer a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week, and a language of work is English.
