Industrial Mechanic / Hydraulic Technician Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic / Hydraulic Technician to join our team in Saskatoon, SK. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing hydraulic systems, collaborating with colleagues to complete repair projects, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, dismantle, and rebuild hydraulic components
  • Collaborate with team members to complete repair projects and meet deadlines
  • Estimate repair times and troubleshoot and diagnose issues
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to balance priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pick up new tasks and problem-solve on the spot
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in hydraulic repairs (tickets are not a requirement with good hydraulic experience)
  • Heavy Duty Mechanics, Millwrights, General Mechanics
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Passion for repairs, welding, and eagerness to learn
  • Previous knowledge of hydraulic systems and components
  • Ability to work with a team or independently with minimal supervision
