About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our Growth Engineering Division, focusing on building and innovating for Enterprise healthcare groups. As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our platform's future, specifically within the Enterprise healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 4-8 engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight.
  • Leverage our RAILS-based e-commerce platform to design and deliver Enterprise-specific functionality, driving significant business impact.
  • Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions to ensure innovative user experiences.
  • Collaborate with Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain a quarterly view of the roadmap, aligning with company goals.
  • Contribute to the code base, working alongside engineers to take projects to completion.
  • Collaborate with other Technical Leaders across product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more.
Requirements
  • Outcome-based focus, with the ability to iterate, move fast, and measure.
  • Experience leading a full-stack software development team, with a passion for fostering strong engineering practices and processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack, including Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo.
  • Experience working on high-scale web applications, with a strong understanding of medical healthcare systems and Enterprise-level integrations within healthcare.
