About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement mental health programs for various client groups, including Canadian Veterans and employees in organizations focused on workplace health.
  • Leverage novel approaches to the delivery of mental health services, including adjunct digital therapeutics.
  • Conduct psychological assessments with adults for various goals, including treatment planning.
  • Provide evidence-based treatments grounded in cognitive-behavioral approaches.
  • Consult with other mental health service team members and clinical interdisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to in-house training sessions and interdisciplinary case discussions.
  • Contribute to program outcome evaluations at the provincial and national level.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university.
  • Current registration in good standing with the provincial College/Board of Psychologists (competency with adult populations; clinical (asset: counselling psychology, health/rehabilitation psychology, neuropsychology).
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in developing and evaluating mental health programs.
  • Working in interdisciplinary teams and with third party payers.
  • Utilizing telehealth/virtual care methods.
