Job Title: Construction Laborer

Rustic Cabins is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of our rustic cabins, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Install door, window, and other hardware
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located in urban areas, with various locations throughout the region. As a Construction Laborer, you will be working outdoors, at heights, and in noisy environments. You must be able to work in a cold/refrigerated environment and be physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
