We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team at Galati Cheese Company Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dairy production process.
Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Team Leadership: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure seamless production operations.
- Workforce Management: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: English or French.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
