Senior Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Programmer to join our Core Tech team at Behaviour Interactive Inc.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a collection of backend and frontend services that support and enhance our games.
These services include cloud systems that enable features such as matchmaking, player progression, in-game purchases, and messaging.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement new systems and refactor existing ones to ensure they are fast, secure, and scalable to millions of concurrent players.
- Optimize performance and memory by profiling features to detect bottlenecks and enhance them.
- Write unit tests, functional tests, and load tests to ensure robustness and quality.
- Collaborate with peers on the Core Tech team and other teams in game production and publishing.
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
- Experience with relational and non-relational database technologies like DynamoDB, Redis, MySQL, and others.
- Experience with NodeJS, Typescript, web frameworks (React/Angular), and AWS services is a big plus.
We are the largest Canadian gaming studio, known for our flagship franchise, the multiplayer survival horror game Dead by Daylight, which has entertained over 60 million players.
We are expanding our portfolio of original IP with multiple projects and have established ourselves as a leading provider of external development services, partnering with industry leaders like Microsoft, Sony, EA, and Warner Bros.
