Job Title: Manager Data Acquisition

Our client, a leading manufacturer of window and door products, is seeking a highly skilled Manager Data Acquisition to join their team at MaxPeople HR.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Company's performance management process to ensure continuous performance improvement and the implementation of best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of the Company's HR policies and programs, including benefits and salary administration.
  • Support the implementation of best practices in performance management.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Provide HR support to employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management.
  • CHRP/CHRL designation is a definite asset.
  • Proven working HR experience with a minimum of 5-8 years of progressive levels of responsibility.
  • A minimum of two years of HR management experience preferred.
