Human Resources Administrator Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in the lives of military personnel? As a Human Resources Administrator with the Canadian Armed Forces, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and general human resources support to all military activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources teams
  • Process payroll and personnel files
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to junior personnel

Requirements:

  • English or French language proficiency at Grade 10 or Secondaire IV level
  • No previous work experience or career-related skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Training and Development:

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role. This includes:

  • Basic Military Qualification course
  • Human Resources Administrator Training
  • Specialized training in areas such as payroll and personnel management
