As a Tools Product Development Manager at 0050 United Rentals of Canada, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of innovative tools and industrial solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive market share growth and revenue expansion in the tools and industrial solutions space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition and identify emerging trends and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and training to internal teams on tools and industrial solutions, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 7+ years of solutions selling experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Firm working knowledge of existing and emerging tools and industrial solutions, including their applications and market trends.
  • Strong business acumen, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
