Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at CCBS MAINTENANCE LTD. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning tasks are completed on time.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition and provide mentorship programs to help them integrate into our team.
  • Offer diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for all employees.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Offer cultural competency training to all employees to promote a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
