About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our AI projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving global marketing programs and productions across our roster of clients, leveraging AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage complex AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to obtain requirements and deliver impactful change management.
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously, integrating AI components effectively.
  • Ensure quality control and review deliverables prepared by the team, with a focus on AI outputs.
  • Develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning specific to AI projects.
  • Facilitate all conversations with producers and SMEs regarding AI project requirements.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of agency or post-production experience, including experience in photography, film, and digital workflows.
  • Understanding of AI production tools and workflows, including model training, image2image, image2video, upscaling, outpainting, shoot2train, and 3D to AI workflows.
  • Superior project timeline development and management skills.
  • A production guru able to foresee issues before they arise.
  • Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A knack for unraveling complex problems and processes in an easy-to-understand manner, especially in AI contexts.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to apply critical and strategic thinking.
  • Quick to understand new AI technology concepts and their implications.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team leader and team player.
  • Flexibility, initiative, dedication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
