Senior Analytical Chemist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytical Chemist to join our team at AtomVie Global Radiopharma Inc. as a key member of our Analytical Development and Quality Control department.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and Execute Analytical Development Projects: Develop and implement comprehensive analytical methods for quality control testing of pharmaceutical drug products, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Method Development and Validation: Design, develop, and validate analytical methods for HPLC, GC, and other techniques, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines (ICH, USP, etc.).
- Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct routine and complex quality control testing, including chemical analysis, microbiological testing, and sterility testing, to ensure the quality of incoming materials, drug substances, and finished products.
- Technical Leadership and Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in client meetings to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review technical documents, validation documents, and test reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor colleagues on analytical techniques, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Education: Degree in Chemistry, Biological Chemistry, or Biotechnology.
- Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment, with expertise in analytical method development and validation.
- Skills: Proficiency in HPLC, GC, and other analytical techniques, strong writing and communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
