Kitchen Helper Job Description

Paddy's Oneil's is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are sparkling clean.
  • Assist in food preparation, including portioning, wrapping, and packaging take-out food.
  • Restock refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas with food and supplies.
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives and maintain kitchen equipment in good working order.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail required.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
