Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at CB Canada. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Greet guests by name and provide personalized service
    • Inform guests of daily specials and promotions
    • Explain the preparation of various beverages
    • Take orders and make recommendations
  • Beverage Preparation
    • Prepare and serve beverages to guests
    • Check for guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Bar Operations
    • Clean and maintain the bar area
    • Restock supplies and equipment
    • Perform opening and closing duties
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service
    • Communicate with management and other departments as needed
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
    • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
    • Food safety certification
